Iesh works in the film, TV and video game industries.

 

He recently completed a proof of concept short film ('Alien Culture') supported by Film London & The BFI Network through “London Calling Plus”. He was also a participant in Film Independent’s 2018 ‘Project Involve’ as a Directing fellow, and more recently, was invited to the Sundance Creative Producing Lab/Summit to represent his feature screenplay 'Alien Kulture'. This year, Iesh was named 1 of 25 UK 'Lodestars' rising stars of cinema.

Iesh is twice recipient of the prestigious "BAFTA LA Scholarship", listed as a "BAFTA LA Newcomer", an awardee of the 2017 "John Brabourne Award", the 2017 School of the Arts "Campbell Award", and the winner of the 2017 "Ezra Litwak Award for distinction in screenwriting".

 

In 2016, he was awarded the ESPN/Tribeca Film Institute “ Short Documentary Award” for a film he is making about an undocumented student athlete, entitled, "Glass Box Dreamer". He was also presented the 2016 “Alfred P. Sloan Production Grant” for his graduation short film, “TV in the Fish Tail”, which was shot in the Indian Trans-Himalayas and played at worldwide festivals.

Along with his film and TV work, Iesh has directed actors (voice and performance) for some of the world's most popular and premier AAA video games. Recent titles include - Hitman 2 and The Division 2 - for clients such as Ubisoft, Massive Entertainment, and IO Interactive.

​Iesh is a graduate of the MFA Film program at Columbia University, School of the Arts, in New York City, and is currently residing in London to develop his first feature 'Alien Kulture' and TV mini-series 'The Marble Orchard'.
